hey Dave ....Lawn Darts aside....this thread is actually a helpful thread for some of the Lurkers that might be experiencing similar issues...so with the theory " the only bad question...is the one that wasn't asked" you inadvertently may of helped someone else out....i guess we will know how many if the price of lawn darts doesnt skyrocket overnight cheers!

Thanks Bry....theres nothing better then learning something when your having fun with it.... although i used you tube to learn these techniques and honestly some of it was frustrating when the producers of certain tutorials were young and had distractions through out the tutorials....or their accents were so strong i couldnt make out what they were saying ...but i did discover a prominent photoshop expert that has EXCELLENT tutorials for learning this stuff For those interested.... Gavin Hoey is his name (you tube it...he has his own channel with MANY tutorials) ....and apparently a very good teacher if i can learn how to use this program.... here is another....

in the 80s Gretzky had a cookie that came with one card ....there were 50 to the set....ive got a whole set....some of those cards were reproduced through the McDonalds series cards...i had a dude offer me 500 for one card of Gordie and Wayne together...i wouldnt break the set. That Mantle card is an AWSOME score.....dont go by what people are asking for cards on the internet to price it ...i think the book is called Becket or something like that ...i would say good luck on your search ....but i think he has all the luck he needs....Good Find!

i did mine at the fishing show in the early 90s....20 bucks ...two tries...i got two questions wrong....one was...WHY Should you wear a pfd ? my answer was ...because its the law...lol...when the correct answer was....because it will save your life.....(debatable i thought but whatever....ever seen a dead guy in a floater suit?)....the second one i got wrong was...what is a cordual buoy....to this day....i know what one looks like (yellow /black/yellow_ but havent got a clue as to what it represents... Congrates on your pass!

might want to check and make sure your line isnt getting pinched in the bail roller too....i had a reel that was worn out and it had the same problem....it would only catch ever so often just enough to mess up a line....so make sure your bail components are tightened up....then check everything else to see if there is ANYTHING your line could be catching on....including up the rod through the eyes

on a spinning reel? hmmmm i would say make sure your drag is set to "tight" when spooling it ...when retrieving your line from fishing make sure you are tight enough that the drag isnt fighting your line...this will cause no movement in your line but the reel is still rotating causing the line twist.... dont give up fishing ....but maybe lawn darts could become a primary sport...lol...

i would have to say the wallice cast.....i can do it after 6 or 7 attempts but the next day its like someone hit the "reset" button in my brain and i have to start from scratch all over again .....hence the reason im a fulltime spinning sidecaster..... for your backlask problem....try a different pound test of line ...until you find onethat flows to your liking....for me its 14 pond on the baitcaster....12 and i get problems edit to add with out editing- Im a master of typonese

if they seen a shadow of something floating by then the chances are ....there was something floating by....but they have become complacent to it ....kinda like clouds going by for us... the second part is a true statement ...hence the reason you never wear red when hunting them in the clear shallows....personally if i can see them clearly....i wont bother with them....but if i can just make out the ghost image of him then he is worth a shot ....and if i have red on ...he is seeing me better then im seeing him....just food for thought ..
