  5. I would wait for the mortgage company to coonfirm they haven't messed up. If not call the lawyer who closed your deal. They should have searched the title and made you aware of these issues when the deal was closing. I am assuming you used a lawyer to manage the sale and do the disbursements etc. I would ask them to explain first... and you shouldn't pay as you paid them to do this the first time. Keep us posted.

  12. Oh yes and this depth map and navigation hazard map will be useful for the first timer. http://www.klcoa.org/lakeplan/KennisisLake...onalHazards.pdf Good luck and let me know how you do. Last time I went we pulled out on one of the islands for a swim and luch. There were blueberries growing there as well mmm.
  13. Bass and more importantly Lakers. Last time I was there diddn't have much time to fish it but there were lot's of folks downrigging for Trout around the island in the centre. Basically the whole west end of the Lake is up for sale but there are few cottages on it. There is also a lift over/boat railway to Red Pine Lake you may want to check out. Depends how big your boat is. I would call the guys at the marina on Kennisis and they can let you know more. Bottom line I would bring a depth finder, dowwnrigger and my Bass and Trout setups. You may also want to check out the Cottagers association website. http://www.klcoa.org Here's a map http://www.klcoa.org/lakeplan/KennisisLakeWatershed.pdf

  15. Thanks gents I will seewhat we can do.
  16. Swim it. When I swim our bay say 5 acres I can tell where the cold water enters very easily. It also corresponds pretty closely to the steeper hills on the shoreline eg the water flows down the hill and enters the lake under water. Our bay is sand or clay on the bottom. Sand = Cold.
  17. Sweet report. Thanks for sharing. Paddle boat Musky that has to be a new category. Nice work.
  18. I think it is normal. The water across the wire creates a vibration.
