If that's the case, the grumpy officer could have politely explained that instead of just giving OI a smart azz reply. Still a poor job on her part IMO.

dude, he was there, we weren't, he said the sun was a non factor. Regardless, if the sun was a factor, why is he driving fast and blowing through stop signs if he can't see? I think the investigation is pretty straight forward and has been over for quite a while Albert.

Harold, this driver was definitely at fault in this case. ok, I'm going to say it, a non white guy accidentally killed a bunch of young, white hockey players. Because of our politically correctness and wanting to accommodate and not offend anyone, the rules seem to be different for this incident.

A parent following the bus said the sun wasn't a factor. The point is, I don't think the story is ever going to come out. We don't know the details, but the driver was negligent for sure. As for lynching him, maybe, I don't think saying "oops, sorry about that" is good enough. We have laws and penalties so stuff like this doesn't happen.

I also have a feeling why, but I'm not sure it's the best move to cover stuff up because I think everyone must be responsible for their actions and this country might be a little over accommodating. Telling the whole story might save lives too. Say it was distracted driving for example, people might think twice about doing it now.

I think the police and the media are keeping the truck driver in the shadows purposely. I think a lot of Canadians were pretty emotionally involved in this tragic story and would have wanted blood if they knew why the truck driver did this and who he is.

It's a Yammi, that's how they roll. Last weekend mine came out of storage, I shoved off with a brisk offshore wind, no paddles, wife and son, old gas, 2 pulls and a few blips of the choke and mine was purring like a kitten, I said to my wife, I love this motor, lol.

If I was in the right mood, that's probably what I would have done too. Years ago we saw a bunch of small OOS bass in a bucket. The guy I was with walked over and said "you're not keeping those" and dumped the fish back in. The guy was upset and speaking in another language, we just said "well, what are you going to do about it?" lol.
