I don't really agree with your idea of washed up nfl players in the cfl. There are more young cfl players in the nfl. Cfl is a great proving ground for players and young stars get noticed up here and make nfl teams. I love football in general and it is my favourite sport to watch and play. Although I didn't get drafted into the pros, I played at a fairly high level and I really appreciate the skill, speed, and strength of the nfl players. They are truly the best of the best. I do like the wide open, everyone in motion and big field (end zones too) of the cfl. THe faster play clock and one less down really makes it difficult to run out the clock. What I don't like about the cfl is the amount of players and even marquis players that get traded on a regular basis. It makes it difficult for the fans to stick with and enjoy a teacm that constantly and consistently has a different group of players each year. Aside from the Calvillo and the Alouettes, everyone just trades like there is no tomorrow. Some players have played for 5 teams in 7 years. That is what needs to stop in the cfl.

Game was good. Glenn was not. Glad the double blue won!! Ok I am not as old as some of you so here we go. Gordon lightfoot - whatever. Looked like he was dead. Not really impressed at all. Mariana's trench sucked large. Carly Rae Jepson (sp?) whatever. Not very entertaining. Bieber was at least entertaining to watch. Put on the best show of the 4 singers by far. Not even close. Other than his saggy crotch pants, I thought he was good. Overall it was a weird mix of really old (lightfoot who is like 74 and caters to 60+ year olds I guess) and really young (the other 3 performances, probably catering to 10-17 year olds.) Not sure they hit the mark with performance choice. Nothing for the 25-50 year olds, which probably makes up most of the viewers and atendees of the game. Odd

Love it!! I can't wait to get down there this year. I have a house there and there are 4 big ponds near my house. I managed to catch my biggest largie ever out of one of them from the shore. My cousins live on a bigger lake and I have managed to catch a bunch of 1 pounders off their dock too.

wow! that is nuts (no pun intended). Who would do something like that and think it was a good idea? Reminds me of those people who used to put spike into trees so people the people cutting down the trees with chainsaws would hit them and the chain would fly off with serious results at times.

HEre is what I have found out over the years. The orginal warts were made in 2 plastic molds and have a seem on their back. As the molding process went on with the molds, the molds would eventually not be as perfect as when they started thus creating a less than perfect lure. These warts wouldn't always run perfect but sometimes have a erattic movements which made them 'hunt'. When rapala bought them out they made the lure look identical but the construction process had changed and they were all made 'perfect'. There is no seem on the back of the new warts and they run true all the time and they now have better hooks. So rapala actually made a 'better running' lure. It is this 'hunting quality' that people are after. In fact within each storm mold there are better hunting lures so some people actually know which production numbers to look for and those wart fetch the highest $$.

Managed to get out for a morning fish on kbay. I didn't crush it today but managed to hook a few nice fish. Biggest of the morning was 5.31 pounds. Nice fish and of course was very fat.

Nice pics!!! I really have to get my wife out fishing with me. Just her and I. I imagine it would be much better than having my 3 daughters with us constantly fighting. I might have to plan that for next year.
