Lakers,white fish and herring and pickeral will be closed here as of the strike of midnight. IMO, I had a great season. I made it out every weekend and the odd night after work. Cant wait til 2019 hard water season. Then again, there is lots of ice and cold temps still. So guess I,ll go yella belly searching.

Thursday the season closer looks awesome.

My son has been full force on the tribs and doing very well. Keeps sending pics. I told him when the ice season is done, I,ll join him. Trout for him, white fish for me. Both happy happy. Very nice fish.

I knew the sun was not to come up any other time then it has the past 2 weeks. I kept my clock at norm. Woke up at the same old time of 4:30am, and still got to said spot as the sun started to rise. Mind over matter. Plus my pops says, why change the clock, it will be right in the fall. LMAO

Both him and I have the same back pain. LOL

Walking and dragging a 100lb loaded smitty,, will do the body good and sweat off a few gained winter pounds. Catching a few pounds, is a bonus.
