I will ask Doug
Holly smoken. I went with 2 smokes of sweet maple. I had too. OMG.
The honey garlic, on top, was just bang on. The hot was well, HEAT. I am still sweating typing this. What a great smoke IMO
I threw them in the oven to be sure they were done for 1/2 hour at 300 deg. They smoked for 2 1/2 hours at 185 deg.
The taste reminded me of a German sausage that you boil then slice for a sandwich. I forget the name.
Did I say smokey? Hell ya. Im burping smoke flavor.
I have a butcher that makes great chunk meat sausage. Mild, hot and honey garlic. Just put on the smoker for one pan of chips. Sweet maple. Chips are on sale at Walmart and Cabelas right now. Like I said before, I have watched a lot of videos that say to smoke with dry, not wet. Learn from them I guess.
Thought I would share this.
I was talking to a fellow worker yesterday about gas stations having a premix pump for boats and what not. I thought this would a great addition to a station. Would save having to have gas cans and oils lying around the garage.. Messy stuff. Then he tells me about this product that is premixed in a can , Trufuel. I was like . He,s been using it for awhile now for when he just need enough for his chain saw. I was thinking this is pretty cool. So today I bought a can to use in my chain saw. I only have a 16" Stihl and it sips, also, living in a condo, I do not need a gerry can sitting around stinking up the joint. So I filled up the saw and man, this stuff fired it right up. For my needs once or twice a year, and for $9 for a liter can, it,s worth it to me. They have 50-1 and 40-1 and 4 stroke.

I seen this unit or something like it, at Walmart. It was a decent price, for a smoker/bbq. The problem was, they didnt have the wood pellets for sale. Kinda hard to buy something like this when there is no supplies by the seller.
