Oh and feel free to ask those friends how they like the fish cooked and see what they say. You can always tell the person "I have never tried that so can you help me cook it when you get here?" just an idea...

One thing you should do is soak the fillets in beer over night in the fridge BEFORE you freeze them (for next time ) to remove the blood that may remain. Then wash and freeze. If you want, you can defrost in a zip lock bag *with beer in it* in the fridge to remove any blood and add a more mellow taste to the fish. Like all others said, egg dip and bread crumbs (or brand name box that tells you what to do) and go from there. I too use veg. oil with a tea spoon of butter in to change the flav. a bit. GCD *AKA DAWG* does make a good point, cook it for personal use the first few times before you give it to a guest. You don't want to dish out 3/4 cooked fish to someone you are trying to get interested in fish...

I had a pick up truck with a tonneau cover over the box and slept in it all over the place. The problem was the cover was so close to you so if you don't like small spaces you may freak out. You have to keep the end of the cover open so you can open the tailgate (if you close it). If I ever had to do it again, pick up truck with a cap and the cap has to have a window or 2 that opens. An air mattress and your sleeping bag and you are good to go. I would still do this now in my mid 30's if I had a truck and was fishing all over.

I should get my mother-in-law to video tape her bird for you. It sings, burps, farts, calls out peoples names in 4 different voices, laughs, makes the house alarm noise and SOOO much more. I hate the damn thing as it never shuts up!

nope, me too. As for Nissan's, I had a 1985 2WD king cab pickup and that thing took a BEATING! I mean, hill climbs, distance jumps, jumps when all you are after us as much height as you can get. You name it other then a smash up derby my old 85 did it. Gave it to my cousin at 255,000KM and he put another 140 on it before it died. It only died because he did the work on it and didn't replace a gasket 100% so it spit fuel and light fire when driving. It was a good old girl...

I have seen a guy do that duing a game. Let me tell you, when you are on D and the guy is coming in with the puck starts to spin like that you start to watch him and not the puck. Great trick for a 9-year old though.
