I have a Flambeau Tackle Station 5005ST and I'm very happy with it. As a non-boater in a tourny you may want to bring a smaller bag with your top baits and talk to your partner the day before so you can plan what to bring.

Simon, do you have a Rapala "count down" lures? Or any sinking Rapala's in a slow offering may work as well. I know that when I was trying a baitcaster for the first time I was using a large Storm Thunderstick and was nailing them almost every cast (mind you I wasn't after bass as walleye season was open and bass wasn't)...

So this morning starts off with my wife getting me up just before 7:00 AM and says let's get going. I go for my morning smoke and come back in the house and tell her "no, the weather sucks and I'm not ready". So she books off for a 15KM run thinking by time she gets back the weather will be better. Sure enough it's snowing... So she send me into town to pick stuff up for the day that we missed so we can get going. It's now 9:00 AM and my kid's are going nuts asking to get going because they have things to do later ( at 6 and 3 what plans do they have ) So needless to say I got both kids room painted just in time to post this crappie report...

I wish I could have made it to see that. Oh, and Dave doing some new stories. Damn paintintg the kid's rooms...

Just get minnows as bait fish so you have live bait any time you need it. That's what I have in my 30 gal tank. One scoop is less then $5.00 so you have bait when you want it.

Do you wear perscription glasses? Do you have coverage? My RayBan's have been great for many years. I got a new set a year ago only because I wanted lighter lenses. Who said they sold it (B&L) off is correct, many years ago.

Like others have said, A JOCK!!! If you can get your hands on a set of coverall's wear them, it's not like you need camo at an indoor place. Bring more $ then you think as you my find yourself trigger happy. Also, never use a paintball that has been on the floor. The sand will cause a huge problem with paintballs blowing up in the barrel. After you get hit for the first time the rest just don't seem to hurt as much either.

They don't take Amex so I left with nada.

I sure am glad I didn't wear a speedo then skeeter now that I know you had a camera. Can you see that? Me with a float rod in a speedo with a fish on and you taking a pic? DAUM! I'm sure others would want that pic blured. Even more so if you were in front of me! HAHA
