lots of gas here in Chatham but they are starting to jack us on the price some places are $103.7 and higher it is sad as I cross the boarder into Detroit everyday and the price at Duty free is only $0.63 I think I will be getting out the gas cans soon.

We have our monthly meeting for the Belle River Chapter of MCI if anyone is interested incoming out please feel free its at the KofC in Emeryville just a couple min from Belle River. Hope to see some new faces tonight. Mike

Hey Pete i will tell ya but I dont have to as ya already know you have a open invite to come down anytime so we can get some numbers out here on LSC. I hope the weather is better for the weeks that are planned this year what it was only 3 or 4 trips that were washed out. Fishing in the rain is one thing but when the lake is a mud hole stay home.

Hey Dax I can tell ya that Brian is a great person to share a boat with I always give a person a 1 shot deal and Brian was invited back a second and third time(even thought we ended up not using my boat as planned) last year with a open invite anytime. You will have a great time I know we did it was like fishing with a long time friend the three of us had a blast and it was even better when we got into the fish.

Hey Lew it looks like you can get away and not hit the water that seems weired in some way. Glad to see and here you and Diane had a great trip its nice to just get away for one I guess.

I dont think I should coment on this yet I have not met yer wife I think I will just keep that pic for next fall Im shure we will get into some kind of trouble and I can use it to get me out. that is a good shot of her Brian maybe next swill we will be able to meet up so our better halfs can chat Im shure that they will have alot of stories share.

I have to head over to CTC in a bit but think I might wait until the ice rain stops I shure am glad that I did not go fishing or to London today it is coming down in bucketts (not the white ones) and the van and truck is already getting covered in ice. Play safe and remember its heading east so if its not there yet have a backup plan for the day when it gets there.

well its raining here right now so I will be parking my butt inside today I will be playing on the crappie roads tonight. This is the first time in years that I did not make one show I guess this weekend was busted as it was my daughters B-day so I could not go yesterday. Oh well there is next year.

I agree with that I dont go and pick up everything as there are spots that would fill many bags but this stuff I have been finding is out on the ice and were only talking about 50-100' from shore, and the old guy was whining up a storm and doing nothing about it.

If it is I might head there in the am and check it out

So again today I am at one of my winter fishing holes and find that some goofs have left again beer bottles cans smoke pack lure packages pop cans and of coures Th coffie cups. I have not seen anyone leave that stuff when I am down there and have fished it until dark one night come back next am before sun up and there it is junk again. I was talking to a older guy a week back and he could not stop whining about the junk either we had the same feelings about the crap on the ice he left and was still complaing about the mess left behind on his ice he left with out picking up any of it I have seen him on other days fishing beside the crap and just walks away from it and there it is left on the ice again. I know we all understand that these goofs are all around us but my question is who do you concider worse the goof who brings it there and leaves it behind or the person who knows enough that it should not be there but will not take the time to clean it up? this is the pic from my first stop of the day.

Im glad to here that all is well I did not think they would stiff ya, thats the main reason I dont like to use email for getting info across heck I have a hard enough time talking corectly let alone trying to type what I mean.

the Beckman Finsaver Pen Net is what I am after for this season. I think I will be getting a cradel for them fish that just take a long time to revive and measure I liked the ay it was used by Marc on the day of the giants show it made me look at them in a whole new light I was always afraid of getting the hook in the head again and did not think of using them for a release tool.

corey they do get out in the winter here its does not cost much to run the quads on the ice and the ice fishermen are usually in big groups so they can get to them they are out here daily in the winter and do quite well. I just dont understand where the money goes from the fines myabe ther should be more of it going to the MNR gor things like gas and wages.

Hey Mo its only been 2 days since he talked to you he might be very busy as said by brian try calling him later today I know when I am trying to get donations it can be hard as brian also pointed out. Sometimes email is not the way to do things as I have been very busy latley and have not checked my emails or read posts or called alot of people. we do get busy and might get side tracked from what is very inportant to another which is your case you have. I bet things work out for you just give the guy a chance they would not stiff you on purpose call him. Just my 2 cents

Well we had a nice boat in dry dock all summer last year here no gas money I did not see the MNR out until the fall whe nthey were targeting Duck hunters. They have had many cutback and I just found out that at the end of the month the Chatham Office is closing to the public the desk girl was already gone and you can not get a licence there either. if you want to see someone you have to call and make a appointment. I had gotten luckey and bought my licence that last day they were selling them and found the info out when I asked wehere the cute blond girl was.
