  1. I have a 15ft ng line attached to mine. In the summer it's on the deck in a cutout I made for it, in the winter it's pulled up right outside the patio doors
  2. I think Mike has killed it on more then a few popular rivers Mike and Fidel it was an absolute blast!! Even without the fish, it was non stop laughter.. Fidel, watching you make monster casts in Owen Sound with flyline clear over the entire road inbetween cars was hilarious!!! Next time will be reary epic!!!
  3. I thought that looked like an 8, lol... I haven't had any issues with the 3-4 vehicles in my family that have the 3800 Series II engines. One of the best GM's made.
  4. Just a heads up, even the 'good' name brand companies have lower end BBQ's coming out of China... Napoleon and Weber are some examples.. I have a NG Vermont Castings.. bought it off season 2 years ago for just under $1000.. Absolutely love it.
  5. If you are fishing the harbour, you'll need a slip rig...
  6. Unfortunately it seems that deals are few and far between at any of the shows the past couple of years.. I remember going with my dad as a kid and just raking in stuff that was 2 for 1, 3 for 1, etc..
  7. 3800 Series engines are bullet proof... Good choice!
  8. Sounds like a good time Wayne! Maybe this spring the lakers will be up and active out on GBay
  9. Dave smashed him by 4lbs!!! It looks like they both got some wicked wind burn though
  10. Let's go Dave!!!! If anyone has WFN, they are just doing the weigh-in right now...
  11. You could throw ear plugs at those fish
  12. Ugh, I knew I was doing something wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
  13. Yeah, I was a bit surprised also. The place I bought it from stepped up and replaced it without question. They were also surprised I guess it was just the angle, maybe the fish bit down on it, who knows... I fought it for a good 15mins before the hook opened up.
  14. Second isle to the left of the reel cases, right by all the tackle boxes, just before the flyshop All kinds of Gulp/Powerbait worms there...
  15. Nice fish Bly!!!
  16. I distinctly remember one day with Dave and the boys and they all did well not using roe. Although I am still ticked that hook straightened out on that pink riverwood jig!!! I think switching it up really does the trick. I think the first drift with that stupid pink jig led to a fish for me, after 10-15 drifts with roe and not a sniff.
  17. Nice bullet!!! Good job.
  18. Find a Lake E trib that has a naturally sustained population of fish and I'm sure you wouldn't have to much of a problem I don't care what eats my roebag, 20lb monster or 3lb chromer..
  19. You should be at Honeymoon Island state park when it opens up at 8am Fish the channel, you'll probably see my oldman!
  20. Road trip!!!! lol Mike, awesome report bud! I am jealous of the brownies! Looks like you and Ferg had a great day out on the water.. That net pic is classic!
  21. I thought it was 15.
  22. Eric, did you see those monster 1000yd spools of Trilene XT for $6.99? I couldn't find any 4, 6 or 8lb, lol. All that was left was 10 or 12.
  23. Good job Sil!!!!!! that is a pig!!!!!!!! I got my ass kicked by the wind and cold on Sat, then had to change a waterpump in the gf's car today. So much for my weekend of steel, lol We'll have to get out again and lay a beating on them
  24. Sounds like you did about as good as I did on the Beaver today
  25. All you need is a bill of sale, a title isn't required... If it was built in the US, Canada or Mexico you won't pay duty.. File you customs papers, once you get them back take those to Transport Canada and you'll get everything you need.
