  1. Sounds like a good time Wayne! Maybe this spring the lakers will be up and active out on GBay
  2. Dave smashed him by 4lbs!!! It looks like they both got some wicked wind burn though
  3. Let's go Dave!!!! If anyone has WFN, they are just doing the weigh-in right now...
  4. You could throw ear plugs at those fish
  5. Ugh, I knew I was doing something wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
  6. Yeah, I was a bit surprised also. The place I bought it from stepped up and replaced it without question. They were also surprised I guess it was just the angle, maybe the fish bit down on it, who knows... I fought it for a good 15mins before the hook opened up.
  7. Second isle to the left of the reel cases, right by all the tackle boxes, just before the flyshop All kinds of Gulp/Powerbait worms there...
  8. I distinctly remember one day with Dave and the boys and they all did well not using roe. Although I am still ticked that hook straightened out on that pink riverwood jig!!! I think switching it up really does the trick. I think the first drift with that stupid pink jig led to a fish for me, after 10-15 drifts with roe and not a sniff.
  9. Find a Lake E trib that has a naturally sustained population of fish and I'm sure you wouldn't have to much of a problem I don't care what eats my roebag, 20lb monster or 3lb chromer..
  10. You should be at Honeymoon Island state park when it opens up at 8am Fish the channel, you'll probably see my oldman!
  11. Road trip!!!! lol Mike, awesome report bud! I am jealous of the brownies! Looks like you and Ferg had a great day out on the water.. That net pic is classic!
  12. Eric, did you see those monster 1000yd spools of Trilene XT for $6.99? I couldn't find any 4, 6 or 8lb, lol. All that was left was 10 or 12.
  13. Good job Sil!!!!!! that is a pig!!!!!!!! I got my ass kicked by the wind and cold on Sat, then had to change a waterpump in the gf's car today. So much for my weekend of steel, lol We'll have to get out again and lay a beating on them
  14. Sounds like you did about as good as I did on the Beaver today
  15. All you need is a bill of sale, a title isn't required... If it was built in the US, Canada or Mexico you won't pay duty.. File you customs papers, once you get them back take those to Transport Canada and you'll get everything you need.
  16. Jack, I still wanna tie into one of those Niagara river monsters!! Good job!!
  17. Those simple plastic V sharpeners are great... Oil up the blade a bit before hand and it's easy to keep it razor sharp.
  18. A 9.9 will run around all day on a single tank and push that boat with ease with two people in it. I would spend the extra $$$ on something fun like a bowmount trolling motor..
  19. For toothy critters, I still prefer a wire leader. A little knick you don't see in a flouro leader and the next nice smack say goodbye.
  20. Good job Cliff!!! I'm heading out tomorrow with the masses, lets hope the spot I picked isn't to crowded
  21. I think live minnows or single eggs will be the ticket for that river this weekend
  22. Anyone else feel like chocolate milk right now?
