  1. It happened at Dunlop street, not anywere near the 400/11 split. 400NB was closed for a while today. That offramp gets loaded and the traffic backs up onto the highway, very dangerous spot.
  2. Stick with Terrova 80lb, 60in shaft. That's what I run, and I'd never go back to a PD unit.
  3. I kissed a few of them with no adverse results!! Mike does have a video around somewhere of me pulling a treble out of the back of my head, that was pretty interesting
  4. That's pretty funny.
  5. Do yourself a favour and run a single blade with a few (maybe 2) beads and a nice sturdy hook below a float this fall. Might be surprised BTW, I have no doubts a few hungry eyes will chomp down on those things, nice work man.
  6. Good job!
  7. Wasaga Beach routinely gets plastered with them as well, although not like this.
  8. If there was a requirement to pre-load previous versions of software, I would hope the folks at Lowrance would have been smart enough to do a check during the install. The fact that you could install it, makes me think no.
  9. You and me both, we've got two in the family, I couldn't deal with 90% of the crap they do.
  10. Cops can't seem to win around here Lew (Or anywhere else for that matter)
  11. I think that guy eats too many paint chips.
  12. GCD was always good for a few laughs that's for sure.
  13. Why put the publics safety at risk by chasing a guy on a bike? You'll rarely out run the radio, and if he ends up in an accident, the odds are good he'll only kill himself.
  14. What does the assistant GM have to do with 'has been' players? Look at what this kid did with the Sault Greyhound last year. Proof enough for me... Anything is better then what's happened the past 5 years, lol!
  15. It's really no harder then installing a normal transducer...
  16. Some stretches for sure. We tried to get out of the boat as much as possible.
  17. Pick your spots and it's non stop action. The opener this year was crazy.
  18. From what we've seen from a few members here a lot of soft plastics.. Nothing really to get excited about.
  19. Ugh, grayling bucket list fish! Any pike over 50in?
  20. Steve, lol! I also use tiny XXXS barrel swivels (From my steelhead fishing) to attach a mono leader and a small snap. (Usually 20lb Big Game or XT, nothing fancy). Doesn't pull down the mono so the lure doesn't end up diving under.
  21. Great report! Did you happen to see what that bald eagle had in his talons?
  22. Either that (What Mike suggested) or some thick mono so it doesn't sink below the hooks and get all tangled up..
