Just got in from a week @ the West Arm.... I met up with all the guys @ Lakair...(My report will be ready sometime this weekend as I need to unload the boat and truck still) I also had the pleasure of taking Cliff and Carole out in my boat for a couple of hours of fishing... The fishing was tough however... we had a massive coldfront (see pics) moved in the night before and the winds were harsh and cold.. I knew the Walleye would be a tough catch so I figured lets try something else..... I moved and moved and moved to spots I know produce and have done well at in the past.. Until......... Well I will Let Cliff tell you what happened... Lets just say the boys and ladies are having a great time! I bet they were a little frostbitten this morning though! Gerritt.

Just about out the door... and whats a vacation without the black russians!... it was the first bag I packed! Gerritt.

Well I am off to the West Arm for a week of R&R and of course fishing I will be leaving first thing in the morning after I hook the boat up... I will be at Welcome Lodge Just past Lakair on Musky Island Rd. Look for the White Ford F150 and you will find me should you like to have a beer and shoot the carp.. I will be stopping by Lakair on the Friday for sure as me and Cliff's Wife (Carole) have a date.... dang Cliff your tagging along are'nt you... Note to self......... LOL! Talk to you all Next Week! And then Ivanhoe PP and then and then and then.... talk to you soon guys n gals and expect a ton of pic upon my return!

Well... I am kinda torn here... Do I think Agents are screwed in the head?? I do.. they look out for only their best interests. They get paid to spin the truth..They can smile while stealing candy from your baby I kind you not.... Been there done that.. but my agent was awesome! as my family has known his family since the dawn of time I think... Dutch.. While it sucks your dream of being on the water did not work out for you... perhaps it is for the best... thank god you got that inspection!!! Good luck in your new home.. be happy you have a roof over your head and are not in a hotel etc. in the end someway some how... things always work out for the best! Good Luck in your move... Gerritt. Killbear is probably one of the nicest park in central Ontario. If you do get a site there at some point have a great time! Gerritt.
