Search underway for two missing snowmobilers Wednesday, January 02, 2008 - 10:22 AM By: Charlene Close A search is underway for two snowmobilers at the south end of Lake Simcoe. Stephen Docherty, 43, and 40-year-old William Cameron set out at about 12:30 p.m. on New Year's Day towards the lake. York Regional Police said the two men from the Town of Georgina are experienced snowmobilers, who were dressed appropriately for the weather. The police marine unit and helicopter are being used in the search. Police are hoping someone in the area has seen them. Docherty has been described as six-feet four-inches tall, about 230 pounds, wearing a blue and white Yamaha jacket, with reflective decals on the arms. Cameron, who is six-feet-one and 210 pounds, wore a black Ski-Doo jacket with yellow on the arms.

Ok Guys... Time for me to bite the bullet and make a purchase.. as the unit I have will NOT cut it next year.... I have what I consider i decent budget budget for this purchase no more then 500.00 or so.. but if I can get a decent unit for alot less then I would be even happier I have had my eyes on the Lowrance x96 @ BPS for 199.99 is there any drawbacks to this unit? Why is it so inexpensive? And why is the x135 200.00 more? for what seems to me to be minor differences..? I just want a decent unit that is within my means.. I have no brand loyalty but at the same time dont want to start a brand war here.. Colour is not important to me... unless you can explain to me why is is needed and not just a fashion statement for lack of a better term thanks in advance guys, I am willing to purchase from the company that offers the best price but service is also important Bill's Bait N Tackle has always been fair to me.. even if I have to wait for it to come in... they service they provide makes it worth waiting a couple days.. so I could really use your opinions guys as I need to pull the trigger. Roger, Just seemed like too many people complaining about the dates etc.. Everyone with their own agenda I suppose... so there wont be the traditional Christmas swill this year... it will wind up being a mid-march swill because the same thing will happen come January once I post it again... dang..

Albert, No sweat brother anytime. Glad to have been of help... they are a pretty simple system once you get them apart... I would keep a spare float (did you shake your current one?) as these seem to be the problem in many cases.. (Fuel leaking into them and not floating so well any more..) I would also get a spare spring, it connects the throttle to the governor, a spare fuel shut-off would not hurt either... as these tend to rust out... BG will probably have a few more items to add to that list also.. Glad you got it all work out! G.

Mods lock this one up... these guys have brought themselves to the point where they think Dodge products are beyond average.. they are truly fooling themselves.. I will drop them my number and when their head gaskets implode I will be more then happy to offer them a lift home in my Ford.. Really they are just embarrassing themselves.. lock it up and quick! I have spent some time in a Dodge truck.. it was memorable.. except it is not the truck I am reminiscing about... G.
