  1. Dont wait get it back to the dealer. Normal to have a bit of smell on a pdi test drive as the cat covertor gets seasoned and any residual oils get bruned off pipes and brakes 2500 bit much
  2. With a used truck its more important to consider the owner than the brand. If u got by with a sonoma for this time then a diesel truck is most likely overkill. Besides unless its a cummins 5.9 its a wallet drainer. For used full size 2009 and up ram hemi with 5 or 6 sp auto good on fuel all kinds of jam. Gmc chev line if trucks with there version of mds also decent on fuel both vehicles work well and can be had used under 20 k.
  3. Just avoid the eco boost engine it can be cost prohibitive when it breaks (and it will) normal wear and tear stuff after that you like it go for it

  7. the warning was broadcast this morning, really should of been on the waves 3 weeks ago when the first ice began appearing was up and down the lake on the sled lots of ice 6+ to some areas with 10 inches. Simple know before you go
  8. Yup 5000k hid about perfect have 8000k on a snowmobile can lite up all of sturgep n lake at nite lol as for bulbs incandescent bulbs lose brightness over time so those dull yellow halogen are ready for replacement. Have used silverstars and night hawks amd they do increase lite output
  9. It's an 80hp 500 cc class machine and it works well, they are not a cold sled by 11 at all as yamaha worked all the bugs outta of there handle bar heaters by 10, decent on fuel and turn key reliability, yammy 4 strokes have the best resale value by far, for flat lander ice riding more than capable , now thw only rea downfall with these (and most yamaha) sleds is the crap ski's on them, don't even bother trying it with the factory set up either have the dealer install snow tracker carbides, or the new yamaha dual keel tuner ski
  10. look me up work right at the wellington st bridge, river flowing good right now
  11. yup undo the wires to the power pak that are black/yellow this should be the stop circuit, pull it over should spark if not, you most likely have a defective power pack/pick up even if new, did you use oem or aftermarket

  14. the diesel jeeps are decent but tend to have many more electrical glitches than the gas powered counterparts (maybe due to more options?)
