Ethics doesn't matter in this case. The law is clear. Fish must be returned to the water. Otherwise every knob on the planet would cause damage to any fish they wanted to keep and claim the fish had to be kept because it was going to die anyway.

I have a combo pack from Master Lock. Hitch and trailer lock. No issues so far. I think if they really want my boat and hitch they will get it somehow.

I was looking at our access logs and stuff lately and noticed that some people are hotlinking to uploaded images here on other forums. We don't mind so much if you hotlink to items in the Gallery, since it carries our copyright and URL on the watermark. But when you use the upload feature here to directly post an image and then hotlink to it on another site, it uses up quite a bit of bandwidth and we're starting to get closer to our upper limit. So, please be kind and use the gallery if you are going to use the images elsewhere. IF the problem continues we may have to look at ways to either block hotlinking of uploaded files or (worse case scenario) disable uploading and force the use of the gallery.

Y'alls is plural of Y'All which is actually already a plural. I'd like to see increases in bass harvest in areas farther north to try and control the spread a bit. Walleye should be four fish across the board except perhaps for Erie staying at six. Salmon and trout should be knocked down to a 3 fish aggregate limit in the put and take waters. I'd like to see a bigger slot for pike and perhaps a four fish limit on hammer handles. Keeping one over the slot should count as two pike. More than anything I'd like to see them abolish the conservation license altogether.

Actually the municipality cannot restrict fishing. Only the province or the feds can do that. It appears since the previous owners (government) had no problem with locals fishing, it would seem unlikely the municipality would have support for this. Contact the town, find some sympathetic ears and start talking and making friends. Know who the proponents of the ban are. Ignore them for now until you have your allies in line. Then ask the MNR to help you by pointing you to the right area. The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act prohibits the interference of people involved in fishing. Make sure, though, you have all the facts prior to going off on anyone. Also enlist the OFAH in this. IF you are in the same Zone as me I have the email addy of the Zone rep. There is alot of municiplaities trying to do this, and there has been alot of success in making them see the error of their ways. The town can make it a land use issue, but, they cannot simply deny fishermen but allow others access. It is public land and they really can't do it.

That explains the way he walks, anyway.

You could do it just in the Niagara Region..one each of bass, musky, salmon, trout and perhaps pike.

Be careful using them on very hot days. They can cause undue heat stress to your dog if left on too long. Very good to have them around especially in rough water or when travelling.
