In a perfect world is all customer service actually able or willing to give you real help, myself as with many others I'm sure we have good stories and bad. For what it's worth the replacement screw would have been nice for them to send to you free of charge if they actually appreciated your purchase but they didn't really need to until you gave them the comparison. I think it was last week Lew posted about his broken lure and received 2 in return upon telling the company of what happened, that's real customer service and if every company stood up like that for their customers the world would be a lot nicer I'm sure, for consumers lol

I'll take these nightly lows any summer, saves my electric bill (or at least if I'm the one watching the stat) my brother had it set to 72 when it's 64 outside lol - waste of energy.)

Leafs signed Dan Winnik today, good signing in my eyes. From the western conference and plays a gritty game and can produce, great replacement for mclement, and hopefully is a staple in the lineup keeping Orr and Mclaren out so the leafs can play a fast paced physical game. which mike santorelli will undoubtedly help with too

That's impressive, I can see myself being interested in one of these in a couple years from now once I'm finished my trade license and can make enough for a new car, house and toys haha. If not this, by then I would hope more mid size trucks would have a diesel option by then, fingers crossed haha

Hey all, got out in my canoe this past weekend and noticed a slow drip coming from the back and just got some time to investigate and I have 3 small pin holes that will leak if I fill past a certain point. I've seen some stuff on the Canadian tire website but am skeptical. Does anyone have any first hand experience with anything of this nature to fix them?

Wow... that's an amazing week of fishing

So I'll probably end up taking my dad's boat then haha I'll probably make a casting deck up for it similar to that of what the bassassins dude have rigged up as it's a 16' tinny but should do the trick and I'm used to using it anyway

In case it's not a choice idea to launch in there, would I be able to experience similar numbers in fish from shore?
-
Thanks for the heads up and yes I have a 4hp for it so it hums along nicely with lots of get up and go on a 100lb scanoe haha I haven't clocked my speed In it yet but I will probably get out in hamilton harbour before I get out there so I can see what I actually do in terms of speed

Hey all, just set up my first Muskie combo and being where I am the closest spot for me to go fishing for them often would be the upper niagara. I haven't had a chance to get out there yet but if anyone can lead me in the right direction in terms of where to go I can figure it out from there I'm sure. either shore fishing or somewhere I can launch my scanoe would be perfect and would help me out greatly (after this weekend I'll probably be there most weekends haha!)

glad to see fish are getting caught! we launched from forans marine last sat and got 1 from 6:30-1:30, was a pretty long day. we came into 60-70ft territory and marked a crazy amount of fish at 20ft with 0 results so this is encouraging! thanks for the report

wow sweet pics #5 is gorgeous! nice going with the bass for your daughter!

Awesome report looks like heaven on earth up there.

Tough call, if you could get it back without him noticing then that would be the route I'd be taking, if not then I would do as suggested above and suggest that it's the exact setup that went missing on you without trying to point fingers and come across as it might have been an honest mistake on his part, might be kind of hard considering he's committed to saying he purchased it already though! hopefully it all works out in the end good luck!

sweet, hopefully I can catch some slobs then

Hey everyone, girlfriend decided to book a site for the august civic holiday long weekend last minute, in my research thus far all I can see is that it holds carp. Is this still true or is that all I can expect? (not that I care what I catch as long as it fights a bit!) Thanks for any and all replies Lucas

Apparently it's in the Kingston area... Wolfe island? And big sandy bay beach according to this article which also believes it's a harbour porpoise http://ww2.nationalpost.com/m/wp/blog.html?b=news.nationalpost.com/2014/07/15/possible-shark-sighting-in-lake-ontario-greeted-with-fear-and-scepticism
