No cost or anything, just for bragging rights.
Head to head scoring - you're against a different opponent each week.
The teams are compared in various stat categories and you get a head to head record from it.
(8-1-1 for example if you beat your opponent in 8 categories, lose 1 and tie 1).
Your records are year-long and each week is added to the previous total.
Example
Week 1 - 8-1-1 Week 2 - 4-5-1 Week 3 - 5-3-2
Overall record would be 17-9-4
Anyone that wants in, please PM me with your email address and I'll send the pool invite.
It's that time again!
Annual OFC hockey pool!
Open to the first 16 people who reply with their email address.
Wonder how high Kessel will be drafted this season?! LOL
Senkos are an "anytime" of the year type bait. They can work in all conditions. Water temps will be in the 70s by opener, so they'll work right off the bat.
AMEN!!!
Couldn't agree more!
Should be open all year round. Populations are more than healthy, and like stated, not many people "target" them for the table.
My buddies and I ordered 5 of them a couple months ago when they were on sale, and loved them so much, I just placed another order for more!
They're awesome, funny and functional. Great deal for sure!
Fishing in the park it awesome. I've been there twice on strictly "fishing" trips, and did very well for Bass & Pike.
Bass seemed to just love the dropshot rig with Slammers and Craws, topwater poppers and frogs, and jerkbaits.
Pike seemed to smoke spinnerbaits, topwaters and jerkbaits as well.
Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.
Best of luck and enjoy the trip!
Hey guys, sorry on being distant!
Matchup dates - The dates of each matchup are listed under the "Matchup" tab but above your player lists. You'll see them in the black line. Since week 1 started half way through the week (Wednesday night), they just added it to the following week, so that the week 1 matchups werent based on just a few days.
Goalie rule - exactly that. It ensures that everyone's goalie stats are based on consistency, instead of just a game or two, then people benching them. Makes it a more even playing field. Same basis on the max 3 moves per week rule. I've had guys just dropping half their team after each night and picking up active players the next...and repeating. There's no skill in that.
There's no Dave in the list of managers.
Here are the first names of everyone that's in the pool:
Christopher, Joel, Ronald, Jamie (me), Phil, Shawn, Jeff, Tony.
