That's fantastic news Lew Mother's are so special and mine was over yesterday for dinner. She's had a heart attack and a stroke several years ago but came out of both unscathed, thank God. I hope you have many more years to spend with your mom. Happy Mother's day to you for sure Joey

Well I seemed to feel a bit better today after being dogged by strep throat all week, so we decided to head out for some Simcoe Pike. The weather seemed okay earlier on, but the wind turned quite nasty. Paul ended up catching 2 OOS smallies and a pike for his team and I caught one smallie. No pics or weight/length of the smallies as they are out of season so were just released at boatside, but let me tell you, these things were monsters. Biggest I've seen on Simcoe. Here's Paul's pike - 25 inches for his team. A few more shots to show how the wind was a pain. I almost lost my Tony Stewart hat several times . Had to pull my hair through the back. Nice to get out tho. Maybe the weather will be nicer next weekend. Happy Mother's day to all Joey

So I call LeBaron this morning to see if they have the 4 items I want in stock. The guys says hang on, comes back and says they have one very close item that will work and the other three items he has. So, I drive over and guess what, not one item I asked for is there, and the "close" one won't work even tho he knew what I was going to use it for. They can't figure out who told me the items were there, and asked who I talked to. I told them I didn't ask his name. I said maybe you can ask around to see who answered the phone about 15 minutes ago. They said it was probably the guy in the back, he'll tell you stuff is in stock even if it isn't Okay, Rant over!!!!! Joey

I had two, a Boa named Thing and a Python named Monty. They're pretty easy to take care of, keep them warm and feed them mice or rats. Joey

Strep throat Had it all week, had to work, it was a rough week. Just barely coming around now with the meds. Cleaned the house tho, between sniffles and coughs. Entertaining Mom for Mother's day tomorrow so I had to, otherwise I'd be in bed Joey

A very soul bearing post Brian. I agree with everything you have said. My mother and father were great parents and always there for us. Strict when need be and loving and caring and nurturing the rest of the time, but all 4 of us turned out different, some getting into alot of trouble and some not. How do you explain that Joey

Just make sure you lock the box or, speaking from experience, the coons will open it in the middle of the night while camping and have a field day Joey
