  3. That's also the term we used for my grandmother's oven when she was cooking a roast.
  4. I like the action shot of the "flipper".
  5. Tounge in cheek. Now off to diner, scallops and lobster.
  6. Tackle tour may have some info to help. http://www.tackletour.com/ I think you are right about the sustain v stratic regarding the "newest" version, although that wouldn't be a key deciding factor for me. The reals below stratic were just updated at i-cast.
  7. I'm just thankful the fish were big enough to cover most of the pattern.

  17. Spinners are super versatile. Under rated and not sexy enough for some but they work for just about anything that swims.
  18. Everybody loves lego. I just got some of the real stuff for my son and after he goes to bed I make stuff with it.
  19. And G-man's photo is in the August issue of OOD.
  20. This month's OOD has a small correction to the date. The show will run February 7-10, 2013. Not February 7-13.
  21. When my dad worked for lands and forests (now MNR) he helped with some of Richard Ryder's walleye research. So in the 1960's the term walleye was being used by some people in Canada.
  22. My brother works in a cosmetics factory. I get what ever he gets. Nail polish lasts longer on plastics then metal.
  23. http://www.simcoe.com/news/cityhall/article/1384042--a-break-on-boat-launch-parking I gotta start making stuff to sell to governments: "That two (2) Pay and Display machines and applicable parking lot signage be purchased at a cost of $35,000 and funded from the Parking Reserve Fund." Full public info link here: http://www.barrie.ca/City%20Hall/MayorCouncil/Council%20Committees/Highlights/Documents/120402%20councilupdate.pdf
  24. I believe council was kicking around the idea of fees that would be charged to non-residents to launch. I think a "study" was planned. Edit Barrie council is not looking at charging non-residents to lunch. lol
