  1. Only my opinion but I'd just go ahead and replace both tires then your starting out with a fresh set. Replace only one now and then in a couple years you'll be replacing the other one and before you know it your playing catch-up. As for the spare, hopefully your ALWAYS carrying one on your trailer.
  2. I guess you could call it semi retirement from fishing now Rich and I'll leave all those pretty girls for the new musky fishing generation
  3. I checked my bulbs yesterday and there's nothing written on them to indicate if their dimmable or not so how would I know ?? I'm actually going into town this morning to buy the switch you recommended so maybe I'll just buy 3 proper bulbs to be sure.
  4. Those rocks also hold muskies and are definitely worth casting to.
  5. I seldom fish any more Johnny, 3 weeks a year up on the West Arm of Nipissing is about all I do now.
  6. I love trolling a bait in the prop wash right beside the motor. They come up and hammer it so close you can almost reach down a grab them without reeling in any line LOL
  7. Nope, just too much time on my hands LOL
  8. Nope, no idea Johnny, I used to somewhat keep track for around 10 years and was averaging 80 -100 a year but that got to be like work so I stopped recording everything. Best year though was 115 in the boat and best day was 9 fish in 2 hours. Been chasing after them toothy critters over 40 years though so yeah, I guess I have your 3 beat
  9. Was it ever hahaha
  10. I've been kissed by uglier Bill LOL
  11. You have to watch those big ole pesky muskies cause they'll keep fighting you even when their in your boat and off the hooks
  12. I get more muskies on Jailbird than any other colour. When I'm trolling that's always the 1st one clipped on.
  13. Best of luck to your wife, my wife also went thru some serious stuff a year ago and everything turned out well and hopefully it'll be the same for yours.
  14. Troll JailBird Believers over the deep water in the N/E corner of the lake and there's every possibility Mr. Musky will come pay you a visit.
  15. Thanks Wayne, changing the switches is no problem I just didn't know if it would work with both a dimmer and a standard switch. Gives me a job to do tomorrow. As for Diane, she keeps the broom stick handy even when I'm not doing electrical.
  16. Thanks Kenny Just so I'm clear, I can leave the 3 way switch we never use as is and just install the mechanical 3 way dimmer where I want it and everything should work fine. I'll be able to turn the lights off and on with the dimmer switch plus dim them down.
  17. I'm wondering if I'll even understand the explanation LOL
  18. Hey guys, I've got 3 LED pot lights in the kitchen ceiling with a 3 way switch at either end of the room so I can turn them on & off from either side. I'd like to install a 3 way dimmer switch at the end of the room we always use and wonder if that's possible. The switch at the other end just leads to another room and is never used. I don't know which switch is 1st in line though and I'd imagine that makes a difference.
  19. I always chuckle at the number of folks who claim to have had 50"ers follow their bait but never seem to hook one.
  20. $340 sounds like a good price for that Dan, course it'd probably cost a bunch more when converted to Canadian funds. Still be good for anyone who has trouble backing a truck up to a hitch though.
  21. This could come in handy for some folks https://youtu.be/uqVDxOMrgak
  22. Atta boy Cliff, that's a goodun !!

    Kool find

Then we'll run over to 3 Mile Lake and see if we can find all the fishing tackle that was lost when me, my bro and my dad flipped a boat 45 years ago .
  24. A few of the homes on my road are using these steel critter proof garbage bins now. Very expensive at around $600 and up but they sure keep the animals out. I've seen them rolled over several times by bears trying to get in and not even a mark on them. https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCoQFjABahUKEwiQ8Mm5_IfIAhWJS5IKHfHVDWQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Ftyedeebin.com%2F&usg=AFQjCNG0VZLV-dmtSDvq6l-DufdZGS7W6g
