This community is very tightly administered which explains why we are successful. The finances are in excellent shape. What Rick is saying is that we still should be careful about bandwidth. We love pics but host them offsite (ie. Photobucket, Myfishingpictures..etc.) if you can. It just saves space. And, while we appreciate everyone's willingness to help out, there will never be user fees. Not in my lifetime. Thanks.

Well, I think that everyone has been very tolerant with the hockey scrimmages on here. I know that passions flare at this time of the year, every year, and I'm sure that everyone undestands that. However, being a bigot in this community is not acceptable. Holdfast, I've said it before, folks are not jumping down your throat because you served our country and everyone appreciates it. Get over it Bud. It was your choice. If you don't like a particular brand of human being, that's your choice also. But, NOT in our community. Get some help Bubba.

I'm already doing my share Connie. I'm helping pay down the oil companies debt by purchasing stock. When the price of gas goes up at the pump, it doesn't hurt so much. In fact, I've even been known to crack a smile over it.

You can't go wrong with either Eureka or Coleman in the cost efficiency/durability departments. Where you buy it will make a difference though. Make sure the dealer will take it back or replace it if you find anything wrong with it during the dry run in the yard. I have 3 tents. The largest is a 10-man but I really don't know 9 men that I'd share a tent with. (10 man = 25 dwarves in metric.)

Has anyone read any mention in the regs about marshmallows being an illegal bait? Or corn maybe? How about foam? The problem with the thread right now as far as I can see (I may certainly be wrong) is that someone mentioned the word "lining" and everyone and his dog who is a self proclaimed expert has chimed in. If you don't like the laws, get your act together and have them changed. In the meantime, don't get in someones face who asks a simple question about something that they read in a book about fishing.
