  1. If it makes a difference I could do a different river, just feel like hooking up with another member.
  2. I'm heading down to the credit with the pin tomorrow morning, anyone want to join me?
  3. And how many of the current jays were playing for us in 2008?
  4. I was hoping for alomar or butterfield.
  5. Haha, I mixed that up i the other thread, it's mod. wallis cast for me, but if you want to learn it lets plan something!
  6. I'll second the guide recommendation, I've met Ken's family and they're great people but I would also highly, highly recommend Graham Bristow. For a good rod at good price I'd recommend to keep watching the classifieds, they aren't too hard to find. And of course I'm always open to teach you the basics.
  7. Beauty walters there! Great report, also love Leah's change to your will.
  8. Nice! Hope you enjoy that sweet meat!
  9. Nice! You should've kept a snook though, they taste great!
  10. It's got decent carp (a few giants), and lots of sunfish, but not great fishing for other stuff. Better pike and bass downstream near simcoe.
  11. Nice! i know that there was another board member out that way yesterday and by the sounds of it couldn't quite figure them out as well as you, good job!

  14. Nice FF! I love the last spring steelhead shot and the carp in the water.
  15. Ok, so as of today I have half a pound of brown roe (farmed). I have been doing some reading and it looks like I want to leave it uncured, do I have to do anything to preserve it before freezing? Also can you refreeze it? and finally do you tie it as you need it or all at once? Thanks!
  16. Either way I'd love to have it on the end of my line
  17. LOL! hey tomorrow I'm getting half a pound of roe from DOS uncured, from what I've read I don't think I'm going to cure it but is there anything else I should do to it beforehand? Also, how long will uncured roe last in the freezer? Thanks.
  18. What!? If they can live in new york you can be sure they'll survive up here, even if they didn't survive the winters they could wipe out any small waterbody in a season!
  19. That would make more sense, anyone have a link to the rule that says that?
