    Nice day out on the water, Lots of fish, doesn't matter if none of the targetted specie though. A slab crappy is always a nice surprise.

    "Some" contractors are only in it for the quick buck. One show on TV that I just started watching a couple of weeks ago and i have set it up to tape all episodes is Holmes on homes. Man you see some pretty good "Mess ups" done by shady contractors.

    Seems like the rubber seal around the livewell drain is cracked might where the water is coming on from . but when its on the trailer put 4-5 inches of water in the boat and look for water leaking out.

    Spinning reels is the way to go I think. Just got to be sure to buy good ones. With good anti-reverse and a good drag. Put some good quality grease and oil in it and you should be fine.

    The trolling motor is the best thing that ever happened to drifting. Now it's called controlled drifting.

    I'm with Roy on this one. Most of my spinning rods are 7 and 7.5 footers but my vertical walleye jigging rod is a 6 foot medium power fast action Compre. And my next jigging rod might be a bit shorter.

    All I can suggest is put some heat to it or get a nut breaker break off the nut but then you will probably have to get another lug bolt and nut. here is the nutbreaker

    2 summers ago the cashier at CTC looked at me a bit crooked when I showed up at her cash with 15 of them. It was a good deal for the trays for sure. I still have empty bags for sale if anybody are interested

    That's what the hollow tube does. It makes a hole and you can push the jighead thru without damages. I got the Tube Tool from Cabela's a couple of years ago.

    I have a small hollow tube that I use to poke a hole in the tube before inserting the hook. it sure seems to make them last longer if done this way instead of just pushing the tube jighead thru and ripping the tube .

    Most places tghat sell safety supplies will carry some Burn gel. (like somebody else mentioned) especially if camping. Some are good to 2nd degree burns. cause toothpaste or butter just doesn't cut it.
