  1. What I did was to tie about 30 feet of 3/8"bungee cord to an anchor. Drop it in the water so that I could still reach shore by the time the bungee was fully stretched. Tie a bow line off to a tree or whatever and then let the bungee pull the boat back out to the deeper water. you can buy rolls of bungee from places like Princess Auto Princess Auto Dan.

Went for a nice stroll up Eels Creek to High Falls, was a good trail and I only got turned around once... https://www.alltrails.com/trail/canada/ontario/eels-creek-to-high-falls Think we will need to head back to this area again next year....

  5. Brian when we do the ‘porchetta’ in the oven 150 for 12 hours. I roast hot banana yellow peppers. The bottom of the pan is always filled with natural “gravy” once we shred the meat we sever it in crusty buns and the hot peppers (who ever wants them)
