I was wandering around Facebook and came across a really nice picture of HMCS Annapolis with her helicopter landing and is the ship I served on in the navy back in the 60's.

Maybe not anymore but they sure kept them in service for a loooong time LOL

Before they scrapped the Sea Kings, most aircrew members were younger than the airframes.  Same way we are heading with the F-18s, and in fact with the average age of a jet jockey, they are all probably younger than their rides............

I saw a show awhile back where they were saying the F18's are so outdated they can't be retrofitted with the most up to date electronics to work in conjunction with the America F18's but didn't go into any details on the problems.
