I'm not proud of this; but I splashed a lady a couple weeks back. Didn't see the puddle (pond) on the road and hit it doing about 60Klm. Just like in the video there was a wall of water being dumped on her.

The next mistake I made was to stop an apologize and offer a ride; oh man did she rip me a new one.
