trapping minnows

Any thoughts of trapping minnows have disappeared over the last couple of days. As I said above, I'd hoped to try them for bows but the river has so much ice that fishing spots are severely reduced or eliminated entirely. Fast water sections are still open but, as I understand it, those sections don't make for good cold water fishing.

You know that is dated 2007 and I find it weird that any Ontario Fishing regs would be posted on a Federal Government webpage.

Then take a look at the top of the page, this is in addition to a lot of things that aren't shown in provincial regs. Those regs are up to date to the end of 2015.

The Provincial Regulations are the law and what would stand up in court, except for migratory gamebirds the feds are not in the picture. Why they have this on a federal page is beyond me , why not just a link to the actual Provincial Regs .
