Terry Posted June 6, 2014 Report Posted June 6, 2014 so are you looking for good (FREE) boat ramps in that area to put your boat in , but not interested in Balsam because of the slot limit on walleye
fishnsled Posted June 6, 2014 Report Posted June 6, 2014 (edited) The town of Haliburton has a free launch, concrete too I believe. That gives you access to a chain of 5 lakes and multiple species Edited June 9, 2014 by fishnsled

chris.brock Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 Gull and Moore are rocky, deep, lake trout lakes, Gull max depth is 165', Moore around 100' bass and walleye, like Fisnsled said, Head/ Grass/ Kash/ Canning chain, free launch on Head and Kash - Beech and Maple lakes in Stanhope, free launch on both -Burnt River, free launch in Kinmount and go north (upstream) the above lakes , no slot, 1 over 18" - Head Lake (different Head Lk) on 45, west of Norland (keep them in the slot, unlike Balsam), free launch -Shadow, keepers are in the slot too, launch on Public Launch Road -check out Crystal Lk too
