I havent been up that way in about 15 years. Can anyone remind me when the eyes start there run in the river? Gotta go for old time sakes

Hell, and I thought that they came up in the early spring.

Well when I was there 20 years ago I was able to catch them right from the start of school until after the Jays won the world series. So early November at least.

I can't speak to the Lindsay locks, but we always caught fish at locks in the kawarthas into November. I'd start trying first week of October. Rapalas and live bait have always worked for me.

Even with all the rain they only just opened one spill gate !!!! There has been hardly a drop of water going through for weeks !!!! It will be a while yet.
