Buy a new one every year. As a guy with a bunch of Olfa knives, this seems like a pretty good idea! In our family, we have used Russell belt knives for as long as I can remember. Funny I watched Mountian Men last night, watched the dude gut and skin a deer with an exacto knife and a piece of soap stone tied to a stick...
