One of the lodges' websites says that its a great lake trout lake. Not sure how true that is, but I personnaly have never heard of any great fishing on that lake.

Rented a day hut from Ravenscroft Lodge about 10 years ago. Hut sucked and not one bite all day targeting lakers.

Same and same. We stayed at Ravenscroft Lodge (I think; 99% sure) and the dinners were good but that's all I can say good about the whole area. 9 guys with the white stripes on the backs after 3 days isn't a good time if you ask me.

My experience as well spent three days for bupkiss . Took Irishfields advice and started going 15 minutes further north and have never looked back.
