tb4me Posted September 12, 2011 Report Posted September 12, 2011 Thats awesome! thanks for sharing that!
esoxansteel Posted September 12, 2011 Report Posted September 12, 2011 The Chinook run in the Ganny is larger then the spring steelhead run, in some years almost double the number of fish, and it was last stocked with chinooks in 1969, so it looks like a combination of natural reproduction, and stupid fish who dont know how to imprint on the rivers where they were born
Musky or Specks Posted September 13, 2011 Report Posted September 13, 2011 Quick where's the marshmellows
nexstar Posted September 13, 2011 Report Posted September 13, 2011 awesome. they are all waiting for a heavy rainfall to move up the river.
Michael_Brown Posted September 13, 2011 Report Posted September 13, 2011 I stopped by today, some nice brown trout mixed in with the chinooks waiting to move upstream.
Dozer Posted September 14, 2011 Report Posted September 14, 2011 Its quite spectacular really, the fish migration upstream... cool video
