Hey everyone,

Glad to be on the ice now, I've spent the majority of the new year fishing the Innisfil side of the lake from Line 3 up to Line 5 and the perchin this year has been awesome. I've been getting lots of good fish in the 35-44 foot range. Fishing this past week has been especially good and my belly is full! Beer battered perch is never a bad choice I must say. All fish coming on artificials... jigging raps, bloodworm and scud patterns as well.

Hope to venture for some lakers/whiteys soon. Good fishin everyone! Stay Dry!

Awesome Steve!

Bro's bloodworm has been producing for me too this year.

When the perch have been there but finicky with the rap. The bloodworm would take them.

I'm planning on getting down to simcoe this winter for perch....oh and visit my sis in orillia.

Im not to familiar with the area so I might hit ya up for some info on where to walk out from steve.

Nice report,
