If I caught a smallish chrome such as yours once a week... it too would be heading to the pan!!!!!!! They've all been so big lately.....I can taste it already....hope you enjoyed it. hey brick, i didnt have any roe, and snagged my last jig on a log, lol, all day ive been using pinkies, no need to change, that what i found out... thnx guys for comments! It turned out very delicious, we had a few long stripes and just breaded it with seasonings, dill weed, pepper, salt. Had it with mashed patatoes and sauce. Reallly tastttyyy! good stuff...
