Download the most recent version of Java. Yours may be outdated.

thanks rick,i have the latest version of java5.0 runtime and its good to go,still cant get in...oh well ill keep trouble shootting

Shawn...are you getting an error message or is it just hanging there and doing nothing?

 

If it's not java, it could be your internet connection....I've seen how painfully slow it can get....haha.
