So, stuck on the Honeydew list this weekend, so decided to take on a Porcetta.

 

 

 

Here is the little fella getting ready for the grill.

Get the BGE up to temp, with some nice smoke action.

Set-up the Temp control complete with wireless beeper.

Of course, the Guru is the brains of the operation!

The wife claims that veggies are required, so....

5 hours later, the bad boy is ready.

Grab a blade and start hacking.

It was a tasty treat!

 

 

 

It's not as good as fishing, but what can you do.

silveradosheriff.. we have the BGE (big green egg) as well... will never us propane again when at home... things taste so much different when cooked with charcoal.... DRULE got to go get the port tenderloin the wife just finished cooking seeing as I was watching the race.... gotta go eat BYYYYYYYe :w00t:
