  1. Cool, it would seem so. But personally I'd rather leave my expensive phone safely stored away from a hole in the ice. The dedicated sonar I have is always in view, doesn't require me to hold it to see it nor is near said open ice hole because it stands alone and can't fall through said hole!

  3. Gabriel, what to say. A great album for sure, still enjoy it, frequently!

  6. Everything looks scrumptious MB2! I've spent the afternoon in the kitchen chopping, dicing, washing and stirring in order to whip up a pot of chili and a pot of soup. The chili is not for the faint of heart, Jalapenos, assorted spices along with 6lbs of ground beef, a large coil of BBQ'd hot Italian sausage and a pound of bacon, 2lbs of mushrooms and assorted legumes. Should feed me several times over before the grounds thaws out in April. Along with that an off the top of my head soup with some ingredients I had on hand. A creamy sweet potato/squash soup with a dash of curry, tastes pretty good I must say. Looking forward to dinner now, just undecided as to what I'll have.

  11. Thanks for weighing in RDR, your seemingly infinite knowledge on these matters and inside track in regards to such matters have always been a huge help to me over the many (many) years. Cheers!
  12. I knew you when, ah well let me just say you're a pretty awesome dude in all you do Ryan. I'm extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know you a little over the many years and to be able call you "friend." Happy Year to you and your family.
  13. At this time Cliff I don't have enough insight to even speculate. I'm thinking more so for here in Ontario Mike, west coast tends to be more up to speed on the market options particularly (south of the border) for salmon/steelhead options.

  15. Dave has that effect on people. Was good seeing you and the cast of usual's Bruce. Cheers.
  16. Sad really, guess I'll have to close his account.
  17. Love Cabbage Rolls, hate the work. I've done the "Lazy Man" thing and liked them but they're still work. A friend just recently shared a recipe for "Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls" done on the stove in a pot rather than in the oven. Easy peasy I thought, I now have a pot with approximately 15lbs of said recipe (with some personal touches) on the stove simmering to reduce the liquid content. Fresh Calabrese bread and butter are waiting for the first serving. One or two more days of eating and the rest will be portioned and frozen for future convenience.
