If the man charged thought like the legal system that charged him he could claim the rock was owned by the government, and since they made no apparent attempt to stop his actions, the government is an accomplice in facilitating the 2nd degree murder of a presumed innocent bear. I plow with a gator for smaller jobs, 3/4 tonne for big jobs. I like plowing, its part of my job that i really enjoy. I hand shovel the elders places for exercise. The gator is more fun for sure, doesnt even feel like work:) even funner when i put the tracks on to got explore the bush lol

true, but my point was geared more towards the legality of there use now, and in the near future. Many people are already being sued bankrupt by laws that inhibit the use of seeds for medium sized and large scale open farming. In other words we live in a system within corporate society that is slowly, but blatantly obviously taking away our rights to bare fruit so to speak. Thus my concern for GMO anything. Patents pending and patents awarded are allowing huge corporations to control our food supply and thats just flat out dangerous. Illegal to use a seed you want to use? Seriously think about the implications of that. That in itself should be a crime, and never should happen to begin with. We dont trust the government with our tax dollars, why would we trust them with our food????

Yes, but he also fails to mention that producing a lower cost higher yield does not necessarily mean you(the company/corporation) need to lower quality to provide profit. When pseudo science is used at the expense of ones health to provide these lower cost higher yield products, your demonstrating an enormous lack of morals in spite of your fellow man. Enter this into numerous facets of human needs or wants, and the result is a culling of sorts. Intentionally or unintentionally you are harming nature in inhumane ways. Really, its a flaw in thinking rationally in what benefits from these practises. Unfortunately in todays modernized world knowledge and intelligence are in an awkward "beneficial" debate. To use it as a means solely for profit? Or use it as a means to provide health and satiety? When money rules us, guess which route gets chosen more times then not.

Seems to me consumers are more than willing to pay extra for a superior product that performs well and exceeds safety recommendations. What makes you think producing food in a similar manner wont succeed or be profitable provided you do your best to educate, provide exceptional service and product? Kypreos is such a blabbering hypocrite. He constantly spins his opinion to sound like a hockey god. One game he says "x team needs to play the puck up the boards harder". Then the next clip is of another team doing exactly that, and hes all " see, they just play the puck too hard up the boards. They need to go up the middle to be succesful". Drives me nuts
