  1. Awesome of you to try and find its owner. I hope u get a reward if u find the owner!
  2. Dropshot has worked for me for lakers through the ice, walleye soft/hard water the list goes on. It's my go to finesse when going gets tough, in gin clear and muskoka type lakes for bass. It's the real deal.....I guess the principal behind it is a fish comes and looks at it, thinks about it, nips a little on the tail, likes what it feels and inhales and runs. Most of my fish are all caught in the same place in the mouth. Sensitive rod is a must or you'll be missing fish......it's a super soft take most the time. No lie a great technique for almost all species. So let me get this straight: Colour selectors are a gimmick?...next I'll be hearing the original banjo minnow doesn't have the same action as the infomercial
  3. I like Sinclair Whatever happened to Danbo (danbob not same person)?
  4. If fighting fish, maybe u need to grease or clean/replace your drag , or maybe its not sealed waterproff drag and its getting wet and shuddering if it isn't your line slipping......you service the reel lately and install the stacks wrong?
  5. Yuki Ito is one crazy mother trucker . Works of Art! Sucks when u cast an Ito and snag her, or get toothy critters demoing them. At least (so far) I find them supppper durable!
  6. Man I hear yuh! In some cases i got 2 days of less than 6 hrs total . Pisses me off, cause if I ship it to them I have to pay, my time etc for a lure $10-15, shipping to them at $7 ? Doesn't seem fair. I don't live in Durham Oshawa otherwise I would go there. I would also like to fly to Japan or where lever Lu ky craft is made and ask for a new bunch of failed lures and my plain ticket round trip including accommodation . Bet that wouldn't happen Lolololololol sweet though
  7. Interesting ideas and thoughts guys..... I thought about the same plastics used etc. As for shipping them, I'd be wasting more money , so I'd expect a little more somethin somethin lol I did not know there was a normark facility in Durham? Cool
  8. I have been swinging some baits back in november/december and also once a few weeks ago (lucky craft real skin, xrap etc) and three (3) baits have exhibited a nice "crack" in the bottom section of the baits, causing my suspending baits to take on water and obviously sink at an super quick rate. Neither baits are cheap, and I have not been beating them off rocks on shore, not ice, and the baits do not make contact with the bottom. Fish have been caught, but landed properly etc. Why have more than one cracked in the same areas, and of different manufacturers? Is it because I store my baits indoors and the water is to cold? I would have understood maybe a bad batch of lucky craft, but rapala as well? what the hell!! Anybody else having this problem? its becoming costly and annoying, and I rely on these types of baits for year round use. (And yes I have properly glued 2, and gave them the dunk test and let them sit in my sink for the day and they seem ok)....but come on, seriously??????? Abuse IS NOT the problem. Anybody else exhibit this? My friend has also had it happen on 1 occasion late last year......... Prices are increasing, quality is decreasing honestly.............
  9. Carp don't loose battles. Karma killed that carp, and the otter found it...look at the carps eyes, good old deader sitting on bottom thawing out...fresh pickins for that little bugger
  10. That's perfect, now only if I could find them locally so I can fit up my sizes lol...but that's it
  11. Lol I'm looking for new, unused....suppose I could go to a sperm donor clinic and tell them I'll be working from home.... Paul are they clear canisters from blacks, or black.......
  12. These work for size 0-2, after that they're too small. Ugli, maybe I'll have to ask a local pharmacist if he can hook me up......I thought it would be easy to find anywhere, guess not...
  13. Hey guys, I'm looking for a place where i can buy some new pill containers or whatever you want to call them , clear film canisters. Looking for cylindrical, up to maybe 5 inches height. I want to put my inline spinners in individual containers so I can just grab and go, and I realize old film canister and prescription pill containers work awesome...but in looking for clear. Please let me know ideas Guys
  14. I have a 2-stroke merc 20hp on a deep wide tiller full floor/casting deck prince craft pro just under 15ft weighs about 500lbs. Max hp is like 30-35, the 20 goes about 25-30km on mine with those specs. Have been in the same boat with a 40 and it move like a batt outta heck
  15. Just a few low quality pics
  16. Lolololol I actually laughed out loud,! Thanks Roy, I needed that. Say a few extra hail marries for me while youre at it J/k
  17. Ya I don't have monster super magnums or anything, my largest spoon is a 5'5-6 inch. I wish they made something like but more compact than this for my smaller bass trout spinners and spoons. I hate hearing them clank around and chip/scratch/dent etc. in the Plano boxes. For the longest time I've been looking for drug baggies that are durable that a hook won't Pierce through, and just toss them in bags in a free for all in a plastic toolbox or something
  18. Hard to say no to drugs if you're taking a bath in there Seb...
  19. Mods were ontop of my original comment real fast lol Why don't you put that boat in the trunk...oh right
  20. Just wanted to say its awesome! Was a little worried at first for size of the spacers vs my larger magnum, but nope they fit great! Very happy
  21. Guys a picked one up from JBs . A little costlier than a few other places..but I got it. Thanks for all the help!
  22. Lol you're jonsing eh? Bro lakeside 2 lines. You could anchor 1 foot infront of Me and as long as you're not touching shore, you could run 2 lines...awesome eh? But ya it doesn't apply to frenchmans bay itself etc
  23. It's mud now and takes a while to clear vs other tribs....so remember that when planning a trip. That's the best tip you could receive.
  24. Moxie is correct...right into the lake. Hence no swimming 2-3 days after rain event due to high levels of ecoli and death. It's pretty sad, but it's gotta drain somewhere? Where do u guys think sewage treatment plant holding tanks go wen it rains? You think they just process it quicker? No she reaches a limit and she has to exit somewhere....it's been going on for decades , this isn't new Anybody who looks at Hamilton harbour and licks their lips and says "lets go catch me some dinner" is truly sick ....that being said, I've done that at Detroit river mmm mmm can't get enough of them tasty walleye
