  1. Left out the most important part. Lower Niagara. I've fished there before, but usually from a boat or at differnt times of the year. I was just hoping to get a feel so I dont waste to long getting a pattern down.
  2. Hey all, I may not be posting in the right place, but I will try anyways. I am going to be in Niagara for a day of fishing (hopefully) and would like to fish. I will be fishing from shore, and I really dont care what I catch (aside from carp, no offence) Bass, walleye, salmon trout etc. what lures/techniques are on, and where can I go from shore? Any info would be appreciated thanks!
  3. I've seen them in etobicoke creek like that..strange indeed.
  4. Get yourself a Nils Master Manual Auger, and buy an extra blade in the event you tune it on the ice best quickest lightest there is..those Fin's were onto something...but very $$$

  6. Hey, I havent really looked around yet, but I have a few rods which I need a random guide here and there....I would definately be looking to replace them with the factory originals.. Anybody know a store locally in toronto/surrounding which would actually carry them in stock, or will I have to order them direct from the company? Any suggestions on a good place to have them install the guides(none are the tip-top guide) I am looking specifically for fuji titanium framed sic guides ... thanks for the input -Mark

  8. Hey, May launch a boat in holland river before I head out to the lake....question is, anybody fish the holland river for largies? Any fish or few and far between? Is there a lot of scum in the water like the canal? Any info/help would be greatly appreciated! -Mark
  9. Hey, I'm looking to pop my boat in somewhere around Bradford into simcoe......Does anybody know of any launches nearby? Possibly thinking I may like to fish the mouth of the holland marsh river..possibly killarney bay?? I live in toronto, so ideally, any launch in simcoe which would be closest to toronto would be the greatest....I'm heading out with a few ppl who would be looking for the least amount of commuting... Any suggestions would be great thank you! -Mark

  11. hmmmm very interesting also did some good research, I can give myself a little extra time out there if I get strictly deep cycle vs the dual purpose cranking/deep cycle battery (like I actually currently have) I didnt know that, guess I should have?!
  12. Hey all, I am looking to buy two deep cycle and 1 starting battery for my boat (near 17 ft with an 82lb thrust motorguide) I have had energizer nautilus interstate (although these interstates were used when I got them) I have personally only been happy with energizer...especially disappointed in nautilus.. I am looking for a couple batteries that are known to take a good long day (or two) without a charge Which batteries would you suggest which last a long time? my energizer's last me a good solid day and sometimes a half day ontop of that...if i were able to get a quality battery that would give me just that little extra boost would be great any experience with Deka or OPTIMA???????????????????????? WHere's the best price to purchase some if these bad boys? thank you! -Mark
