Go to your family doctor, he or she will send you for X-rays and if broken will get referred to an ortho specialist...will likely put you in a boot for 6 weeks. It may just be a sprain. Physio after if limited in mobility or pain persists. Either way go to you family doctor

There are tons of places where you can catch 10+lb bass in Cuba. Some locals claim to have caught 20+lb fish but most of these spots are not easily accessible. They call bass trucha (green trout) in Cuba, I have family in Cuba and I remember seeing good size fish in ponds and rivers near their house. Research Hotel Hanabanilla, they offer guided tours on Lake Hanabanilla which has some good size fish.

yes, there are pike on the north, south, east, west (whatever other branch of the thames you can think of) Just find some calmer water with cover and cast away, I also caught a couple with jigs and soft plastics while bass fishing. I caught them from highbury all the way down to springbank on the other side of the city. You can also find pretty decent size gars in the thames.

Lots of pike to be had in the thames, some big ones too. I used to catch them accidentally while bass fishing, i even had a giant one attack a hook full of corn once while carp fishing.

Make sure you strengthen your quads and hamstrings while you wait for surgery. Especially the hamstrings to compensate for the torn ACL. Long rehab post ACL surgery but excellent outcome, make sure you see a physio right after surgery!

Nice fat pike. This was my first year targeting pre-spawn pike. Got out twice on lake Ontario and got skunked. Fished a smaller inland lake one time and managed 3 pike in one afternoon but nothing picture worthy.

X2 the best evidence is on low impact exercise if osteoarthritis, swimming in a heated pool is an excellent exercise choice. Rheumatoid arthritis and other of the inflammatory conditions are a little more complex and will require guidance from a rheumatologist Good luck

They both hit a white spinnerbait fished slow, the first one hit it within a couple of seconds of hitting the water, the second one hit it near the bottom. There is a lot of steelhead guys here that fish with lures
