Just found out talking with wife ( yes we do talk still) that there is a Tax that some places are charging called a DST TAX LEVY that is put on your bill as well as PST & GST that is being charged in places like Niagara Falls at Restaurants, Hotels, Motels and other things that you don't know about. Just found this out now I also found out that this is a voluntary TAX of 3% that they don't tell you about but shows on your bill, You do not have to pay this and you can have it removed... it is not mandatory that you pay this but they don't tell you this either... Just thought I would let you all know

As some of you know, myself and family have been running a Fishing Derby for Kids now for 5 years for the kids at our trailer park and take great pride in helping kids with the fun part of fishing. Many of these kids when we started this derby did not own a fishing rod, now thanks to the sponsors we have (check out signature) this has all been made possible.. A couple of years ago I approached a Big name pro to show up to hand out prizes for the kids.. his response was seeing as it was going so good that he could help me with prizes only if he could incorporate it in with his company. needless to say.. NO thanks We don't need you.. We have support from another Big name that does not want to be recognized for what he is doing for this cause, but I think he is GREAT and he knows about this board also. This is all I have to say apart from the fact that we can all help kids by doing our part. I know that Rick (bigfish) also does 1 for people on Mothers Day weekend and I will be there to help out

Great show Tony.. you should be proud of that show... Always watch the show with Arron & Barry.. I find it very informative ... there are not to many shows any more that take and spent the time to explain things. The only other ones are Shaun Rickard's Urban Outdoors and Charlie Wray's Fishful Fishing Show. These are the Shows for normal people in normal fishing areas that we can all get to. Just my opinion and i'm sticking to it

Julie, From your responses of what I have read and the responses you have received, you will have a pretty good idea as to what to expect. Believe me, I have seen a great change in my Daughter from what she has accomplished over the 4 yrs that she has been doing this. Just this morning we were sitting down to breakfast, (yes we get to do this every once in a while ) she said that she was considering going in for an RPN course. Just when I thought we were going to get rid of her Looks like she's going to be here for a while longer God you got to love a kid that wants to do thing for herself You will do very well in that career, you have the desire and passion as well as the ability to do good... Good luck in what ever your decision is

Julie, My Daughter has been a PSW for 4 years now since she left High School and according to her, she loves it. Very rewarding and the satisfaction she has is that she cares and she has been told that she is good and does make a difference to those that she deals with... The residence at the Nursing Home she has been at for 4 years just love her to death... Yes I am Proud of my Daughter My Niece is a Registered Nurse at the Hamilton General and is always cutting her down because that is something she herself would not do.. Won't get into it as she has been told off by their Grand Parents that it takes a better person to do the job for kindness and compassion not just the pay cheque. If this is what you want to do Julie,,,"" You go girl"" the rewards and satisfaction will speak for themselves... Both my wife and myself and her Grand Parents are very proud of her... By the way " she is only 23 years old"

I have also read this story Mo... Our Government does not want people to know what they DO & DO NOT do with OUR money let alone waste it on them selves.. What ever happened to our Health Care & our Tax Health Care money????? Vance.. My Condolences on the loss of your Great Father that made his sacrifices in the time that was needed so we could have what we here call Canada... He sounds like he was a Great Man as well as a Great Father... Remember all the fond and great times you both had together and pass them on to your children the same as he passed them on to you... There is a song out that has a saying "If I could only be half the man he was" or something along those words... then he would be just as proud of you for being his son.. They want another interview next Tuesday then they want me to go for a driving test... Looking to do Orientation and driver evaluations on New & already employed drivers and some teaching... Hurry up next Tuesday already
