  1. Opener finally arrived, the pike obliged. I'm not a hard water guy, so it's a long wait...

Decent, but nothing over 30" Brian. Didn't get a full day in Sunday. Full court press this weekend!

Flying into Edgar lake on June 4th. Any helpful feedback ?

  2. Yet another relatively young, creative genius gone.
  3. That was fun to watch, great format for sure!
  4. As mentioned, you can't access Clear or Spider Lake via motorized boat but there are dozens of nice sites you can anchor or even beach at. Current water levels are high for this time of year, and it'll be interesting to see what it's like in the summer, but it certainly looks like higher water again this year.
  5. Been on a bluegrass kick lately. Aand it's almost softwater season....
  6. That's interesting to see. I used one last fall, it caught a lot of fish, but also eventually cracked. It's no longer a suspending bait....
  7. Similar with me as well. Lots of pike where I fish, so I'll use up to 50 lb test flouro. Swivel at the leader/line connection, and I usually use Mustad fastach clips.
  8. Another vote for Broil King here, great value, they burn hot, which I like, and last.
  9. Allman Brothers, Live at the FilmoreCream, Disreli Gears Rolling Stones, Sticky Fingers, Exile on Main Street, beggars Banquet, Derek and The Dominos, Layla and OtheAssorted.... Hendrix, Axis: Bold as Love and Electric Ladyland Any Led Zeppelin I or ii The Band (brown Album) Beatles Abbey Road, or whatever It would be easy to go on and on, I've sure some of the other guys will have some great picks
  10. Snow day. Listening to stuff like this.... http://youtu.be/D9InpkS8cuI
  11. Cindy wanted to dance, so sushi was followed by a trip to the Danforth Music Hall, to see Dwayne Gretzky, a terrific 9 piece cover band, who played music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Packed house, great time.
  12. ^^^ one of my very favourite albums, but it always seemed to slip under the radar. It took 30 years to go gold, unbelievable.

  14. My goodness, RIP
  15. I only use sprays on synthetics, as I've found they tend to dry out leather. I'd opt for the Dubbin, myself....
