Yes towing is not really about good gas mileage is it, but at the end of the day I will take my 29 MPG hwy non towing versus 17 or so a Tahoe would get any day. Not really sure what MPG I get when I tow and it don`t really matter now does it, we own boats and we need trucks to tow them. Boats and what tows them consume large quantities of fuel no big surprise!!! If you want to play you gotta pay or buy a jon boat!!!

2008 V6 Liberty, 18 foot Stratos, 3 adults, all they gear plus camping stuff....no issue up or down a hill!!! 2012 Nissan Pathfinder V6, 18 foot Rinker I/O 4 adults plus all the gear....no issues up or down a hill!!! Ford explorer V6, 17 foot Alumacraft Navigator, 2 Adults plus gear...lousy for towing no power to tow barely adequate!!! I will take my gas mileage any day over a 5.3 Tahoe towing or not!!!

Refreshing knowing somebody is actually concerned about towing safety...too many people want to tow with Yaris!!! I tow with a 2008 Jeep Liberty similar weight as you with no issues, super vehicle in my opinion and you can pick one up pretty cheap.

I hear you on the cravings but surprisingly I have not had real cravings until a day or two ago and they were satisfied with a handful of nuts. God help me if I ever eat another bag jelly beans or chocolate covered almonds!!! That was my problem I would have a nice meal then a hour later eat a bag of chips and a hour latter a bowl of ice cream and on and on it would go!!! I have to be realistic and honest I don`t think I can eat like this the rest of my life, the key going forward is going to be moderation and getting active. I already have a plan in place once I hit my target weight and it includes some bike riding and some light jogging (probably more of a waddle) I spend a lot of time at my trailer and it`s going to be great to be able to do that first thing in the morning on the country back roads. I plan on monitoring my weight closely and adjusting accordingly!!!

I have a couple of Sedona`s and they are a decent reel no issue with them at all....69 bucks is a decent price!

to loose some weight, my weight had gotten out of control the combination of loosing my job and health issues of a loved one had me pretty much sitting around feeling sorry for my self and stuffing my face. January 1, I weighed in at 222 which is the heaviest I have ever been and I was pretty disgusted with myself. I started by removing sugar,pasta and bread all sweets,deserts etc. haven`t had a beer in 2 months . I have started to get some exercise by swimming laps at the rec center twice a week, I can actually walk up a flight of stairs now with being out of breath and feeling like my chest was about to explode, blood pressure is down and I generally feel great. Not being loaded with carb`s late at night has had the side benefit of allowing me to sleep like a baby it`s a nice feeling to pop out of bed in the morning after a good nights sleep!!! It`s a great feeling and very motivating to be able to fit into clothes that have been packed away for a couple of years and to hear your friends say " hey Gord have you lost weight... you look good". I weighed in today at 192...so we are down 30 pounds in 57 days my goal is to be around 170 by the time I open my trailer May 1st. I know I can do it.

me neither, the last couple have been duds IMHO. Three or so years ago was a good one managed the Johnny Morris baitcaster at half price, dame fine reel for the money!!!
