Only hightest in all my two strokes especially the older ones, burnt down a few motors on the corn gas . Due to carb issues after sitting for only 2-3weeks on sleds.

Corner of 89 and 50 in alliston . Highest , Only hightest in the sleds for me. My issue is with the plugging of jets in the carbs n corn gas.

I just heckle the the snaggers till they leave around alliston in the fall. " what you can't catch one? You have to snag him" "snnnnnnnnaaaaaaggggggeeeeerrrrrrr, snnnnnnnaaaaaggggeeeeerrrr". And don't evven get me started on the vultures on simcoe in the winter that swoop in on us when we're catching fish we call them hole jibronies. Good for you man more people need to stand up and protect our fisheries. Back on topic. If we get a cold winter and you have a floater suit you could fish some of river mouths on Huron as well. You might catch a few fish

You guys are funny. She said yes. And I only had a saw, not an axe. And no she does not read this.

Well I got back late last night. The golf was amazing and buying the ring in the states saved me about 2000$. I went out on black Friday. The jewelry store was busy but not crazy. Ended up with a 1.3 carat ring for 1100$. It was marked down 75%. Comparable rings this side of the border were 4-5k before any discounts. I'm gonna take her to a tree farm to cut down a chrismas tree tonight and pop the question.

Lol I'm headed down to golf the wife is staying at home!

Lol she will be fine with it, from the research I've done She will get 30% more more bling for my money down south with the same certification and quality as here. Thanks for the input everyone I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something I was missing.

Anyone know if it's Considerably cheaper to buy engagement rings in the states? I'm headed to NC for some golf next week and I'm in the market. ? I know all about the repairs and duty ect... I'm strictly wondering about sticker price. Online it seems like allot more bang for my buck south of the border.

Tha top two if they had good compression and crank seals would run forever. Just clean the carbs every year like any two stroke or your asking for trouble. As for the third one it would run really fast for a while........ Things I always check on a used sled comp., seals, track, rear skid, if those all check out there's not much that can go wrong that 100 bucks a few beers and an evening in the garage with the shop manual can't fix ( same does not apply for newer sleds).......I'm jaded if you have a quad you can only get to where someone else has gone before I wouldn't want to be breaking trail. That's not what ice fishing is about for me I like the solitude.

Get a winch on the front and carry a 2 ft piece of 2x4. If you get stuck pull out the winch line all the way. Drill a hole put the wood down the hole and attach winch cable instant winch anchor anywhere on the lake. Hope that made since. Put the wood under the ice not just in the hole. I'm chicken on a ATV on the lake. At least with the sled I can cross water if I need to. Also pressure cracks are much safer on sled. You can pick up a beater sled for fishing with lots of miles left for 1000 bucks

Put it in a hockey bag , thick canvas one.

I thought about it, it's given me fits before too don't feel bad. From a trusted friend "there there but have lockjaw" that was from earlier in the week said it fished real slow but the fish were tail dancing and boiling all over the place. Only one way to find out for sure. Good luck. I've had sucess on just about everythin there when it's hot from yarn to live minnows. If your using a short rod a slip bobber will be your friend. Spoons work good too.

I know of a stream in and about the alliston area that salmon and trout come to spawn in. It is only about 6 ft wide at times. It is completely blocked with driftwood and fallen trees in a few points. Does this affect the fish? Some seem to get through but when I say blocked its really blocked. I could get the land owners permission to clean it up but I'm sure there are laws about this stuff. I's there a group I Could get I contact with to organize a stream cleanup/restoration next summer or am I worried for nothing?

Hopefully mine will look half that nice come spring.

I bet the lakers would come from miles to inspect.

I felt bad too. Just bonk him and take him home.

My first sled was a 86 bravo, was not a long track but that thing was indestructible . Zero mantinance and beat up by me and my cousins for 20 years would start 3rd pull every morning. the perfect ice fishing sled.
