The brightside is...if its raining...its not cold enough to have to worry about line/guides freezing up cheers and have a safe one and dont forget your licenses

I would think the reason he is aware of this new opportunity is because he was testing the waters out there for what ever reason...bottom line ...if it wasnt broke ...he wouldnt even consider it ...but...he posted on this forum for a few new reasons to justify the possibility... if you dont love what you do....CHANGE IT... i know what your saying though Wayne ive been on both sides of the coin and anyone else that has ...can see it comming a mile away

the thing about Georgian Bay is you dont have to be very far off land to be in 100 plus feet of water ....so ill suggest you should focus more on getting your bait down into the zone where the fish are holding ...plugs work very well but they float...so load up your line with heavy weights and get your lure down around the 30-35 foot mark at dusk....just count it down before you start retrieving and experiment with different depths...GBay has been tough the past few years for alot of anglers ...but ...i could just be lucky that i still catch fish EVERY outing on the boat...most times within casting distance to land Good Luck
