Saturday Oct 3rd was touch and go for awhile the weatherman was calling for heavy rain .. But things turned out for the better , woke up to overcast skies = smallie and gator time . 24/7 and I headed out to a small local lake ..13 minute drive to be exact . Folks didn't seem to be to active .. The dock we launched from.. But the Fish were active..3 casts = 3 three pound-ish smallies After a couple of hours and many 3 / 4 pounders visiting the side of the boat we switched over to flippin some jigs with yum trailer ( CRAYFISH PATTERN )... But the water snakes couldn't mind their own buisness .. 9.8 lbs... 6.8 lb..... The release .... Back to the Smallies ... Heres 24/7 with a 4lb 15 and 7/8 ths of an ounce Football Some Nature pics ... White Breasted Nuthatch We drove back home for lunch only to see a pair of Bluejays having lunch of theirt own Where were the duck hunters

Oh .. Thats because the Bass have a lot of '' Frogs '' to feed on .....

Some nice fall Pumpkins right there....

Just do like the Bass Tournament Dudes ...Whenever you catch a Snot Rocket throw it on shore for the Racoons to eat......

They all look like '' Green '' Trout to me..
