I have a 16ft deepV with a 90hp on it with a 5 hp kicker and at idle it pushes the boat just over 1mph and doesn't take much more gas to push it in heavy winds

if you re read his post you will see that he is correct it starts to stay light longer in the day starting now but getting light in the mornning later, so we are still getting less hours of daylight.each day till solstice but in fact it is saying light later in the day

I think you are in trouble

while it's booting up keep hitting F8..see if that puts you into the start page and go to safe mode...if it works

I would go into safe mode and go back to a restore point

85..good number it's a long wait till june.. maybe instead of the xmas countdown clock on the xmas skin they could put a muskie opener countdown clock...wouldn't that drive you crazy seeing that each day.....

6 amps when running at lest 1/4 throttle it isn't going to charge anything at trolling speeds..it might maintain the equipment you are running while you have the kicker running but no more then that

I always use the default skin so I don't see that stuff

oops..missed you want to charge with 2 motors first do you know how big an alternator the kicker has....at idle it will have trouble doing any major charging....

sorry thought doug solved your problem you can run negetive to negetive strait and use an isolator between the postitives this will do it see here

at this point it seems to be..potato...potato...(pronounce second potato different then the first)...LOL both have + and - welds make the aluminum nest to it more brittle so it doesn't flex as well and is a spot that can crack rivet can leak, but are easy to fix welded hulls need the floor and foam and anything near the crack to be removed before rewelding but with todays boats, it is just whatever you decide you like the best
