I never did find out if any charges were laid..I don't think so once the officer said he would let me go with a warning, because the eyewitness, I just left and never heard another thing one of the guys were 2 years younger then me the other was 1 year younger, both were bigger then me

yup, some years ago I caught 2 guys breaking into my parents car I stopped them they decided to beat me up.. surprise..I got the better of them cops showed up, because they didn't get around to getting anything out of the car the cop decided not to lay charges on them, but give them a warning but was charging me with assault ... an old lady from across the street came over and told the cops that she saw them attack me, not me attack them..so he let me go with a warning....what a stupid cop.......sure makes it hard to respect them or trust them

personally I would like you to remove the links and just give an explanation.. each person that goes to the website, it records and they will be able to go to the gov. or public and say boy our view are popular just look how many people come to share our views on the subject so we are increasing their power by posting the links....IMHO

....well that describes many of my fishing trips......and some how it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one with bad luck .....sorry crap happens ....but what an adventure.... a story you can tell for years

I disagree with much that has been said the cop should have the lights or siren on to warn people this cop was breaking the law and a cop has to be held to a higher standard, if a cop will break one law. How many other laws is he breaking....he was putting peoples lives at risk and this guy gets to carry a gun and need to use his common sense to deal with people and situations daily......... he wanted to be a cop he gets paid well to be a cop he needs to act like one
