you might be right, but I think they are more interested in the fact that you are not putting them into another lake but a back yard swimming pool might be a pond in under the law and that needs another permit

I bet some people here have got the permit and they took the fish with a permit to BPS and that's how I know about it, they had a thread about it some time ago it always gets me how most people on these boards assume everyone is guilty..oh well I guess that's life

well it is not illegal from what I read to have live fish, but the transporting of live fish is illegal..... and it does state some where that if you have sport fish in your aquarium, they count against your daily limit .. so I guess it's how you define "transport"..if I walk them up from the creek at the back of my house am I transporting them.. plus I hear the BPS gets a permit to transport their sport fish for their aquarium so assuming everyone here did the same..I don't see a problem...

I keep that window open 90% of the time, but that is where I have be putting it when closed

it was about -45 with the wind chill I took the camera out snapped a picture and it frozen or locked up and the batteries died, they were rechargeable batteries and they will not recharge, they are dead...now that's cold

well as I said earlier you can't paint every cop with the same brush because of a few bad ones but I am sorry but that cop was way over the top..the kid was talking the way kids talk these days the cop said the kid wouldn't live long if he keeps talking that way and he would get shot if he keeps it up that PIG..should be locked up for that he should lose his pension and he and any cop that acts that way to a 14 year old kid or and old man or anyone that has done little if anything wrong...hell he broke a bylaw..maybe.....nope if that cop walked up to me after seeing that I would be afraid for my life as much as if I was surrounded by gang bangers........there is no place in the world for people like him when they get to carry a gun bad day or bad cop he needs to be put in jail and any other cop that thinks his actions are OK

the problem is....I had to deal with one like that and it's not fun plus it's hard to paint every cop you see with the same brush once that happens..as far as I am concerned that cop said the kid wouldn't live long and would be shot if he keeps talking like that....to me that is a saying you are going to kill him..... the cop I had to deal with said if he saw me on a back road or somewhere remote I would never make it out alive...... and you have to sit and take that crap...........

well I am not upset I thought we were having a discussion....... but by your definition baseball and most other SPORTS all can be looked at as a job so the guy who rides a bike race for 24 hrs. well it isn't a sport..cause lots of people work 24hrs strait....people can twist anything they want....... but I say it's a sport by definition and by Gov. standards.........so fishing is a sport... I knew a few guys wives that were a sport...we could talk about that Oh and of course being a lawyer is a sport haven't you seen how fast ambulances go

I can see many people have never been in a bass boat or have done a tourney try going across the lake at 70 mph in 3ft waves for an hour there then fish all day and do the run again there morning starts at 4 in the morning and ends about 10 or 11 at night.. and you have done the same thing the last 5 days.. tomorrow you are going t pack everything up drive the truck and trailer 600 miles to the next tourney and prefish for 4 days , then do a 3 day tourney......, most of those guys would cut those 2 cords of wood before breakfast and still get out fishing......you have no idea.........and for the record I got out of pro fishing cause I couldn't take the pace... well that's one pf the reasons.........and I cut , split and burnt my own wood for 12 years

yeah but the dictionary and the gov. hasn't labelled standing and maintain contact with a car or essay writing a sport but they have labelled fishing as a sport...maybe in your eyes not much of a sport, but I feel that same way about US football...but they still get to call it a sport....LOL

athlete and sport are not interchangeable words nor needs the one in order to be the other..... I don't think you need to be an athlete to play gulf or baseball or fishing, but it can help and I think a sport can be if you want to be a hobby....or a passion or a relaxing time.... it's whatever you want to make it so make it as often as you can

yeah but if you play baseball for 5 minutes are you playing a sport if you see kids in a field playing soccer and football, do you say hey it's good to see the kids playing sports or do you stop and time it to see they play for the full day to call it playing sports.... and you are right it isn't much of a sport if you put bait on the hook with a bobber and sit and drink beer for the next 8 hours however if the bait you put on is a 10lb roast beef and a 500lb shark takes it and give you an 6 hour fight....is that sport fishing... it's all in ones perspective

Under this licence, anglers must immediately release muskellunge, Atlantic salmon, lake sturgeon and aurora trout." the gov. call them walleye and not pickeral, so many people call those who refer to them as pickeral as stupid, hicks that don't know any better..right guys you know who you are so same must be true about fishing being a sport..the gov says it is....LOL CASE ClOSED lets go sport fishing

well it sounds like you have tried all the regular stuff you might want to turn off filters..surface clarity and noise rejection off oh....do you have it on auto depth..it needs to know where the bottom is thats all I can think of right now
