Hey OFC'rs, Just had 2 quick questions.... 1) I've fished before @ ROUGE RIVER (Found here on GOOGLE MAPS) in SCARBOROUGH/PICKERING area; But I don't know WHERE TO FIND a BAIT SHOP in/around the area - Is anyone FAMILIAR with this area and know where I could find one? If so, what is the address or closest intersection? 2) Same question goes for BLUFFERS PARK (Found here on GOOGLE MAPS) in SCARBOROUGH... Anyone know where I can find a BAIT SHOP in/around that area? Any information would be helpful... I'm trying to gather some information BEFORE ice-out!

Were you using LURES or LIVEBAIT to catch that slab? I wanna give a shot at Crappie... never caught one before!

Some of you have probably already heard of this Event and probably have some information on how this event works. Anyway, my question is exactly that... How DOES this event work? Here's the LINK to BPS' event. Can anyone shed some light on this? I tried looking on the BPS website, but couldn't find much... I'm assuming the way it works is when you trade in your reel... your reel is only worth 'so much'... and that value can go towards the NEW REEL of your choice? or....? I dunno... someone PLEASE HELP!! Thanks! Rob

Yeah, once you take eglinton... go north on Tomken.... it'll be on your RIGHT HAND SIDE after TIMBERLEA... small plazaISH looking building....literally at the corner of it.

I used to work at Tomken & Eglinton area - not too far away from where you're headed. Anyway, there is a PORTUGUESE RESTAURANT that is open as the earliest nearby factories (7am I think?) Well, its around TOMKEN & TIMBERLEA (just north of TIMBERLEA) found HERE . I don't know if they're still around (its been almost 3 maybe 4yrs ago now). Anyway, if I remember... their sign was WHITE BACKROUND and RED FONTS.

I think Calcutta's are ONLY the ROUND-MODEL baitcast reels....almost positive. If you're in the market for a low-profile baitcast reel... I bought 4 DAIWA TIERRAS found HERE ... and I've NEVER had any problems with them!
